What is the water temperature of the pools?
81-82 degrees consistently.
Is there a membership fee?
There is a one-time $10 per person lifetime joiner fee. Programs have their own fees.
Do you pro-rate monthly fees?
No. You register for your desired program in the on-line system and set the start date. Our rolling membership programs will automatically renew – unless you cancel.
Do you offer discounts for military or senior citizens?
No, because we are a non-profit, we have structured our fees to be as minimal as possible for everyone.

Can we rent the pool for events?
Yes, the pools can be rented for group functions and parties.
Do you have lockers available?
Lockers are available for day use only. You must provide (and remove) your own lock each time you visit.
Do you have steam rooms and/or saunas?
No.
Do you have ADA compliant access to the pool?
Yes, stairs and a lift are available at both aquatic centers.
Do you offer discounts for multiple family members?
Yes, for programs fees we do: 20% off for multiple adult program memberships and 50% off for multiple child memberships.
Discounts do not apply to swim lessons or swim teams.
Are there separate locker rooms for children and adults?
No, there is one Mens/Boys locker room and one Women/Girls
The Taj has a family bathroom available, also. A family bathroom is in the 2025 plan for the Bernie.

Swim Lessons
Who can participate in group swim lessons?
- Parent/Tots for babies 6 months to approx. 2 years
- Children aged 3-17
- Adults 18 and over
When are group swim lessons?
Both pools offer swim lessons. Lessons are available year-round except December at the Bernie and April through October at the Taj.

How do I sign up for group swim lessons?
Openings in classes are limited. Online registration is the best way to secure your spot. Our system has a waitlist capability, so don’t hesitate to sign up for waitlist. That way, we know to hire more instructors and open more classes.
Adult family member must establish the account and add all participating children to the account. Every class or program participant must register for the one-time mandatory joiner fee ($10) as a pre-requisite for all classes and programs.

Parent & Tot
What is a Parent & Tot Class?
Parent & Tot classes are designed to introduce your child to the water in a fun and non-threatening way. These classes provide a great foundation for children to later be ready for formal swim lessons. You should expect a lot of songs and splashing while your child explores the water with the assistance of their parent or responsible adult.
Who can participate in Parent & Tot Classes?
Children ages 6 months to 3 years old are allowed with a responsible adult. Each adult may only be responsible for one child in the water at a time. Children must be old enough to regularly have solid stools and must wear swim diaper.
How much do Parent & Tot classes cost?
Parent & Tot Classes are sold in monthly sessions. Weekday sessions include 8 lessons and cost $125. Saturday sessions include 4 lessons and cost $80. Parent & Tot classses will resume in May.
How do I sign up for Parent & Tot classes?
Spots in Parent & Tot classes are limited. Registration is required to participate. Interested individuals can register in person during operating hours either pool or via our online registration system.
Aquacize
What is Aquacize?
Aquacize uses the natural resistance of water to create a low-impact, highly effective exercise experience. Exercising in water creates a natural resistance that helps tone and build your body’s muscles. Aquacize is a low-impact type of exercise that ensures less stress on bones and joints. This makes Aquacize the perfect option for those beginning an exercise routine, older adults, pregnant women, and individuals hoping to rehabilitate injuries.
Who can participate in Aquacize?
People of all ages and abilities can participate.

What does Aquacize classes cost?
Aquacize monthly passes can be purchased for $35 or patrons can purchase a one-class pass for $15.
