What is a Parent & Tot Class?
Parent & Tot classes are designed to introduce your child to the water in a fun and non-threatening way. Parent & Tot classes provide a great foundation for children to later be ready for formal swim lessons. You should expect a lot of songs and splashing while your child explores the water with the assistance of their parent.
Who can participate in Parent & Tot Classes?
Children ages 6 months to 3 years old and another responsible adult. Each adult may only be responsible for one child in the water at a time. Children must be old enough to regularly have solid stools and must wear swim diaper
When are Parent & Tot classes?
Weekdays at 10am
Saturdays at 9 and 10am
How much do Parent & Tot classes cost?
Parent & Tot Classes are sold in monthly sessions. Weekday sessions include 8 lessons and cost $125. Saturday sessions include 4 lessons and cost $80. Parent & Tot classses will resume in May.
How do I sign up for Parent & Tot classes?
Spots in Parent & Tot classes are limited. Registration is required to participate. Interested individuals can register in person during operating hours at the Taj Renee Community Aquatic Center or online through our Community Pass Website System
