Online Registration

CommunityPass is an established program used nationwide by many organizations to simplify and organize large activity-based organizations with numerous patrons. Some of you may be registered with CommunityPass through another organization somewhere else in the USA. Municipal parks and recreation departments are among the many users of CommunityPass. Our ECFF family has grown to the size that we need this system.

Create your Family Account now!

All users of our pool facilities need to have an account in our CommunityPass system. Click on the QR code above to link directly to create your account. Each family will have a Family Account, and spouses, children and additional family members will be listed in that family account. Through that account, members will be able to register for programs and, if they choose to, make payments and set up automatic renewals and payment programs. Once you set up the Family Account and all of the family members, all program participants need to register for the Mandatory Joiner Fee, which is $10 per person. This is REQUIRED for everyone registering in a program, class, event or activity. Family members who are on the account but are not registering for a program do not need to pay this fee.

Online Registration and Payments

The system allows patrons, members, and visitors to register for ECFF programs like Lap Swim, Aquacize, and Total Fle. You can enroll for programs month by month or sign up for auto renewal. Patrons may choose to set up a secure online renewal payment that will automatically charge a credit card or bank account each month to renew membership. Payments may also be made at the pool by cash, check or credit card. Members may change payment options at any time through their account. The CommunityPass system reminds you when it is time to pay for another month. You get 30 days from the day you pay, or a date you specify, to enjoy your participation.

Communication

With this online system, we can send emails to all members, or specific groups of members with information about program signups, schedule changes, and special opportunities. This will be especially helpful with short-notice events like storm closures. If you are not receiving emails, please check your spam folder.

Swim Lesson Registration

Online Swim Lesson registrations are now available, so you can register and pay at home. Check with each pool to find out when lesson registration opens each month. Spaces in classes will still be limited. If your desired class is full, you can join the waitlist without paying the full class fee unless you get a spot. Our lesson coordinators will assign students to classes and work to accommodate every waitlisted child. We will notify all registered users on Facebook when the registration for next month’s lessons will be open. Please follow us for the latest information.

Security, Access, Accountability

Our system includes a barcoded key-tag patron ID system. The bar code in your email can be saved and scanned for quick entrance into our facilities. You can also get a tag to put on your keychain. This helps us keep a record of who is using our facility, which will allow us to schedule programs and staffing more efficiently and provide information about the community we serve when we are seeking grants and donations.

Paperless, Efficient, Secure

This digital system will allow many of you to skip the line at the desk waiting to sign up, sign in, or make payment. Just scan your key tag and enjoy your swim! We will still have a staff member available to assist with registration or answer any questions you might have.

ECFF KIDS WATER SAFETY CAMPAIGN

Please help us make sure every child has the opportunity to learn to be safe in and around water by donating to our Kids Water Safety Campaign. This fund is set aside to cover the costs for children whose parents can’t afford the full price of swim lessons.

Last year, this fund helped more than 80 children learn to swim!
