What is Aquacize?

Aquacize uses the natural resistance of water to create a low-impact, highly effective exercise experience. Exercising in water creates a natural resistance that helps tone and build your body's muscles. Aquacize is a low-impact type of exercise that ensures less stress on bones and joints. This makes Aquacize the perfect option for those beginning an exercise routine, older adults, pregnant women, and individuals hoping to rehabilitate injuries.

Who can participate in Aquacize?

Anyone able to stand independently in 4ft of water

When are Aquacize classes?

Aquacize classes are offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:30-12:30. Classes are offered starting in May and ending in September.

What does Aquacize cost?

Aquacize monthly passes can be purchased for $40 or patrons can purchase a one-class pass for $10.
